Our Russian language school is open for all children! It doesn’t matter if your children are exposed to Russian language in their environment or if they have never heard a single Russian word before. Learning  a foreign language with linguakid is a great experience our students look forward to all week and through which they improve dramatically! Our students love their time with us all year round in after-school full-emersion classes.

Our distinctive philosophy is based on a total-immersion model. Our staff of dedicated teachers use fine-tuned techniques to effectively support students while challenging learners to creatively problem-solve and negotiate meaning entirely in the foreign language. Drawing from research in cognitive linguistics, we develop our lessons with an eye towards making the learning experience as engaging as possible. Students do much more than simply conjugate verbs on a blackboard. From day one, they use the language to communicate with their peers in real-life situations.

Our Russian language class is based on Russian as Foreign Language methodology that also has been specifically adapted for our young learners. Young children will only learn a language if it can be of immediate use to them. That’s why we use well known characters like Gruffalo, Peppa Pig; Australian native animals; excursions to local museums etc. as the vehicle to language learning.
